Vocalist Destani Wolf, has been heard on over 40 albums. From her current role as a MOTION vocalist who shares the stage weekly with legendary vocalist and sound master, Bobby McFerrin to exploration of sound healing frequencies, she’s well traveled in sound. Destani has been nominated for a Grammy 3x and her most recent forays have been in collaborations with other artists for Destani’s Piece which creates soundscapes using instruments, voice and binaural beats. At the end of our conversation (after the monastery bell that crashed our recording session in its lovely way), Destani did an impromptu sound bath with me so we could feel the frequencies together.
Upcoming Vocal Performances
Catch Destani’s vocalist prowess in action at upcoming performances around the Bay with Bandaloop Dance Troupe and for a live session at Grace Cathedral on September 23, 2024 at 7pm.
